Summary: One day, Jeremy Clarkson decides that James May needs to race through Silent Hill to see if a car can beat a balloon piloted by James-from-Team Rocket and an ambulance driven by James Wilson, while James Sunderland helps May to navigate. Unfortunately, the town decides that racing isn't what it wants, and it swiftly sends its monsters after the four men. They decide that splitting up is the best strategy to find a way out, and while James and James search through some apartment buildings, James and James explore the town.
