Chapter 9 Summary: At long last, the station returns its own brand of chaotic normalcy when Ziva and Tony leave Iowa City in their rear view mirror. For McCoy and Pike, the ending couldn't have come sooner. But for NCIS, the conclusion is only the beginning.

Author's Notes: As I'm certain this is a crossover and very sure it's crack-ish, I hope that means I qualify. The long and the short of it is that I have no good excuse for writing a story this lengthy (seriously, it's about 50,000 words...and counting), but I swear that even though it's crack, it's got a plot and a purpose.
