I know that is a ton of fandoms to put in one story, but it's a psych hospital!AU, with most of them being patients.

I wrote it for NaNoWriMo this year, and I'm not quite done, but for the most part it's down.

If anyone would be willing to help out with general things (flow, characterization, minor grammar), please let me know.

Dean and Derek are still joking, laughing, kind of gravitating to each other. Well, that explains a lot. Stiles whispers something in Castiel’s ear again, and Sam doesn’t miss the tiny kiss he gives Castiel before looking over at Sam. Busted.

teenwolfkink that read, "This is an idea that just popped into my head for a Teen Wolf/BBC Sherlock: The Hounds of Baskerville crossover. In my head it would take place after season one of TW. On their way out of the labs of Baskerville Sherlock happens upon a room with a cage with a young man in it...which naturally intrigues him. After speaking with the cantankerous young American, he's reminded of the second email he'd glossed over from a young teen named Stiles Stilinski about his missing werewolf boyfriend. He finds himself wishing he'd read it. I'd love to see some hurt/comfort elements; maybe they'd been testing things on Derek, or he'd refused to eat after a while in protest. Maybe John's altruistic instincts go into overdrive and he takes care of the weakened wolf.
**bonus points for Derek wolfing out into his Alpha form in said cage when Sherlock mentions Stiles.
***double bonus points for after Sherlock releases him (despite John's wariness), Derek helps him track down Moriarty as a life debt of some sort.
****triple bonus points for Stiles/the pack flying to London for the mother of all cathartic reunions with his/their Alpha. Maybe he'd been missing for months and they'd almost given up hope.

Mainly, it takes place before any of the events in the movie adaptation of Thor which is my point of reference, also, in this story Loki can shift genders at will. Everything else is explained within. Pronouns got a bit tricky when I wrote this one as I see Loki as still possessing a male mindset in a female body. So, even if I refer to him as 'he' or 'him', he is still in his female form unless otherwise noted.
