crossoverfic | Writing Question of Sorts.

Here's the fic deal...

I'm writing a Tour of Duty and NCIS crossover fic. Basically I'm having an elderly Myron teach each of the team a lesson in life...humility, beauty, acceptance, respect etc etc. The fic is more involved than that and Myron actually finds himself front and center for alot of it but the lessons are what I need some advice on. I'm working AU and present day for most of the fic. It's after Tony returns but before LA etc. Ummm...it will be a mix of slash and het--am I forgetting anything?

Here's the fic question...

I'm stuck on what to teach each character. I have a vague notion for each of the chapters I've started but would love to hear ideas. Please comment with a character and a big flaw they have that you could see being resolved. Hopefully this will help launch some ideas for me...since my Beta and encouragement of sorts is incommincado this summer---she's in France-living the high life.

(And if you think of anything Myron and Zeke should have learned over the years feel free to add that. Job wise Myron b/came a college professor and author...and I haven't decided what Zeke did after the war...so ideas for that would be great too)
