Summary: The Doctor appears in Ninja-verse and fixes the seal on a certain little boy.
A/N: Ok, so the Doctor started to sound a bit sketchy when I wasn’t thinking of him as the Doctor, so I tried to address that. Don’t except candy from strange men unless they have a blue police box that travels through time and space. Also, in my head Naruto is a) very aware of the world in an odd way. He sensed that ‘rabbit’ when no one else did. He’s going to notice the Tadis. B), at this point he doesn’t know Iruka-sensi. Basically he’s on his own. C) he is adorable and doesn’t look like a bobble-head doll like he does in the anime
