Spoilers: TW Series 2; DW Series 4; ST VIII; ST:DS9 Season 7 ("Treachery, Faith, and the Great River"); SW through Ep. 3, just for good measure. I try not to break canon or go OOC, though given the Doctor can pop back and forth through Time as he pleases, we'll just use that to explain any inconveniences-turned-inconsistencies with timelines.
Author’s Note: Given this is based in a Brit-centric fandom, I have used mostly British English spellings and terms, though there are likely some I missed; also, keeping in mind that Jack is American and Weyana is not a native speaker, I've permitted some American usage to remain. Not to mention, after literally making myself cross-eyed editing into standard British, the grammar-freak in me started feeling schizophrenic trying to switch between two sets of rules, so I had to draw the line at some point. I hope it is not a difficult read, but if you find yourself stumbling over terms or spellings I use, please comment so I can consider further revision.
