Searching for a Fic

Hello to all! Not exactly sure if this is allowed in this community, but if there's a problem, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll make sure to take this down.

So. Here's the thing. A while back, I read the most interesting crossover fic series I have ever had the pleasure to read. In this story, the main character is an actual Mary-Sue. Sounds horrible, but its really not! The author tries (and succeeds IMHO) to portray what would happen if an every day normal human was thrust into the world of fiction.

The main character (who's name I cannot remember) is bounced from one fictional reality to another. She starts in the fandom of Dracula and continues on to Harry Potter, Phantom of the Opera, Trigun, Lord of the Rings, BtVS, AB:VH, Stargate Atlantis and I think a few others....

I remember her divulging the upcoming plot to Harry Potter and the rules of a Mary Sue coming back to bite her in the bum (Every male falling in love with her, even when she doesn't want them to and women hating her without knowing why.)

If anyone has even an inkling about the series I'm referring to, I would be beyond grateful if you could help me out. Thanks!
