Basically have it take place after then end of Season 7 of Smallville. Chloe is arrested by the NSA and taken in. Have "Somebody - IE some TV show interrogate her."

Must pick one of the following shows:

1. Criminal Minds - Extra points for including a chess game that mentions how Lionel taught her how to play - and more extra points for a conversation between Chloe and Garcia.

2. Torchwood - yeah yeah yeah show based in England, so what? Clark is an alien and aliens are their specialty.

3. NCIS - I kinda like the idea of giving Gibbs another chance. Extra points for making Chloe is bio-daughter. Extra Extra points for a conversation between Chloe and Abby.

No real must except that Chloe must eventually get out of jail but can't do it with violence. There must be another method. Also extra points for including Martha Kent.

Oh and if you are a fan of Chloe/Davis you can make it take place WAAAAAAAAY after season 7. The NSA arrests her again after her and Davis get busted after they run away. And well...Chloe is now REALLY a bad guy....or is she?
