After everything was over and done with ('it' was gone once again) she started the process of picking me off the ground and putting me back together.

(every time putting an end to all of the bad)

"Unfortunately, I still have a lot of that, River."

The aftermath of my temptation, maybe one day it will be nothing once again, left me reeling even worse then before,

"I also have my share of the nasties, Sammy, just ask the big man upstairs."

She pulled me into my bed like I weighted nothing ('why do you of all people get the amazon for your girl?') and it was clear that the moment my head hit that pillow I would be out.

Which is why her little hands had fluffed them all and were ready to tuck this big boy in.

"River, I just wanted to say-"

Before anymore of those dreadful sorry's could escape from my lips she through me in the bed, like I was a sack of potatoes.

(not even Dean is able to stop her when she gets like this, 'your psychotic girlfriend is throwing me again, Sam!')

"Sorry's are for demons and weapon experts, Sammy, not for you."

Each time she saw the word 'sorry' forming in my head her lips would put an end to it and any other thoughts.

The only thing bad about her little habit is that she does the same to both Dean and Cas.

Trust me Dean isn't complaining a bit.

"Good-night, River."

She kissed my forehead, starting when my lips were covered in red for the first time, and tucked me in like I was the child I never got the chance to be.

"Nighty-night, Sammy-boy, don't let the demons bite."
