Summary: This story started out as a response to a prompt fromzonya35 . (The original prompt was: The X-Men finds an unconscious Sergeant Lyman (floating in the cold water) with a strange mark on the back of his neck, and they rescue him. After he wakes up in the mansion, Methos decides to join them. Methos/Logan slash; Sgt. Lyman was of course played by Peter Wingfield.) It has since taken on a life of its own.
