I would love to see more of this story! I like that you went book-dresden instead of TV-dresden, and I love the interactions between the characters. I admit I haven't seen much of supernatural, so I'm just a touch in the dark there plotwise, but I've seen enough to like your characterisations of Dean and Sam. And I *love* Dean v. Harry over Murphy. Now I just want to see them meet Bob. And possibly Morgan.
In short, I'd quite like it if you kept going with this. People seem a bit slow to review around here, but you should definitely keep going!

Thanks for the review. Don't worry about my quitting. I'm enjoying the story and have the idea pretty well mapped out, so unless people are like actively telling me to STOP writing it, I'll keep going. As far as the SPN plot goes, probably the most important thing that you'll need to know that I can foresee, and I alluded to this in the first chapter, is that Dean traded his life to a demon in exchange for Sam's when Sam died. He, unfortunately, wasn't much of a bargain shopper and only managed to get a year before he gets thrust down into hell. It's set up really an interesting dynamic in the show, as you can imagine. Sam wants to figure out a way to defeat the demon and void Dean's contract. Dean isn't as interested because he was warned that if they messed with the terms at all or tried to wriggle out of it, Sam would die again instantly. Of course, Sam feels guilty, yada, yada. He keeps sneaking behind Dean's back to try and figure out how to kill the demon (and already killed one, in fact), and trying to do research into voiding the contract on Dean's life. Dean, on the other hand, seems resigned to his fate, convinced that he did the right thing, and just generally eating, drinking, and being merry.

This season is a little darker than the past two, because of this story-line, but it is quite well-done. There's a Supernatural Wiki site that goes over all the episodes and the characters and things if you are interested. If not, I think that overview above will get you through this particular story.

Oh, and as a heads up, if you care, I am starting a Dresden/Potter crossover which is NOT as stupid as a lot of them out there. I think the first chapter will be up in a week or so as it's already at the beta-reader. I've got a really unique premise (I like to imagine) and I've spent a lot of time working out how to integrate their two worlds, so if you want to give that a shot, stay tuned at this LJ page.

Thanks for running through that for me. Now I'm wondering why the hell I haven't been watching the show. And I'll keep an eye open for your HP/DF crossover, too. I am a little wary of them, after reading around, but you handled this one really, really well, so at the very least it'll be worth the look! Danke schon.
