I make no representations regarding quality or the presence or absence of unappealing pairings (though it is listed as a gen fic, so there may be none) in this (http://community.livejournal.com/housefic/625269.html?style=mine) crossover. But it's the first one I found. Read at your own risk.

Having now read the fic in question, I can say that I like it. Meredith/McDreamy is not a focal point. Nor is House/Cameron. It's mostly fun for the chance to see House and Bailey ("Do you know that they call you the Nazi?") interact (and thereby terrify everyone else).
