A great Whedon archive is The Better Buffy Fic archive. I can't recall the URL right off the top of my head, but if you do a search on Google, it will come right up. It's only the good stuff, none of the garbage that runs so rampant in Buffy/Angel fandom.
I would also recommend The Sunnydale Slayers (again, not recalling the URL, and I'm away from my computer and my bookmarks).
