Fic: Brave New World (B:tVS, LotR)

I ran into significant writer's block in part 3 of "Eclipse", so I turned to another plot bunny -- a sequel to "Look On My Works, Ye Mighty". Unfortunately, that didn't work out either.

However, it did spawn something else.
