See if you can spot the mistake I made in this chapter that I didn't discover until several weeks later. *facepalm* I plan to go back and fix it once the entire story's finished.

One quick note: for the most part, I am a bit chagrined to admit, this story follows the LOTR movie storyline rather than that of the books. I have read the books, however, and in future chapters (if/when I ever get around to writing them) I'm going to try to integrate more from the books instead of adhering only to the film version of events.

Summary: Mini Jack has a new life, and it's about to get as weird as the one he had to leave behind.

Spoilers: This story takes place after Season 7 of Stargate, but before Season 8. Consider it spoilery for anything and everything up to "Fragile Balance." For those familiar with New Series Tomorrow People, this story takes place approximately 8 years after the events of the last serial, "The Living Stones."

Additional Notes: This is a WIP. I used to make it a rule to not post WIP's, but I've decided to break my own rule for once. I also normally don't write story chapters this short, but I'm trying to break myself of the habit of over-expositing. We'll see how that works out.

Also, while this is a crossver between SG-1 and The Tomorrow People, it's primarily a Mini Jack/Tomorrow People story. SG-1 will make only a very brief appearance near the end of the fic. Only a few of The Tomorrow People will be featured, and those who know me best might be surprised to find a few OC's as the focus.
