“If it you didn’t find me, Winchester, I would be decomposing in the sand.”

Ever since the start of my destructive beginning, which I know way too much about thanks to daddy’s in-depth files (some even stained with his blood and brains), saying thank you has been so hard for my child-like brain to do.

(even if my savior is one hulk of a man, not at all like my pretty toys back home)

“I’ll take that as a much belated thank you, in your strange Elle way. Which is slowly growing on me, and that is something I’d rather not admit.”

I could see that he regretted saving the girl with all the issues, thanks to daddy who decided my brain wasn’t that important to keep safe (and played doctor on his little girl), when he saw how insane I truly was.

(and he liked to say how much he hated me every chance he got, while Sammy just played the role of the giant puppy)

“It’s not your fault, Dean; I always end up charming people. But now I’ve got to stop the whole ‘then they try and kill me’ part and I’ll be fine.”

Talking about all of those lovers of mine brought up a bunch of bad memories, always ending with the most recent one that I wear as badge on my forehead; that the ones I care about the most always end up hurting me.

(while my stupid little toys like Adam, Peter, and Mohinder are just for play time)

“No need to worry about that, Bishop, if I wanted to kill you I would have just left you to be Sylar food.”

The moment I heard that name, the one that takes me back to when he was about slice me in half (after saying those three little words), it was my powers that reacted first by sending a few sparks up into the air.

(the first time I showed off my dangerous powers had been days ago and now they were used to the randomness of it)

“Sorry about that, I’m still a bit touchy about ‘his’ name. If I hear it my sparks tend to show how much I hate the son of a bitch.”

I’ll still cherish the last memory I have of him, hoping that it will be the last one I ever have (as he finally falls), when Dean placed that bullet in the back of his damn head.

(and I made sure that we ran like hell before he woke back up)

“Just point those sparklers the other ways, or at our enemies, and we won’t have any trouble, babe.”

I light my fingers up into my favorite neon blue, the color that both my enemies and friends now know to be afraid of, and pointed them at his smirking face.

(I can’t help but see that we have the same smirk sadistic and melancholy)

“Call me, babe, one more time and I will point them at your pretty face, Dean.”

Instead of taking out his trusty gun, the one that was my saving grace (coming at the last second to save my life), he touches my cheek and smiles.

(knowing me too well now that I won’t hurt him or damn pretty face)

“I’d say you were crazy, El, but here we are all nuts, what’s one more to the bag?”
