Which is why I use it as a warning. I know there are a hell of a lot of people out there who can't deal with it and I'd prefer them to know in advance rather than causing further upset.

My way of dealing with it is not for everyone, but it helped me at least - the fic that I wrote to do just that would not be the sort of thing you could deal with easily, I'm sure.

*Nods.* It's not like Ianto Jones is the first character I've gone into denial over, or likely to be the last. The overall problem is I disliked the entire miniseries, and any drive I might have had to try and salvage something from it -- if Ianto had survived it -- isn't there without him.
